These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ShipLock ("we", "us", "our") and the services available at shiplock.app. By creating an account or using ShipLock, you agree to these Terms.
ShipLock is a platform for deploying, hosting, and sharing single-file HTML applications. We provide access controls, a data persistence API, and subdomain hosting for your apps.
You may not use ShipLock to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.
You retain ownership of everything you deploy to ShipLock. By deploying content, you grant us a limited licence to store and serve it for the purpose of operating the platform.
We do not sell your content or use it to train AI models.
The ShipLock data API stores JSON data on your behalf. You are responsible for the content stored via the API. We are not responsible for data loss, and we recommend keeping your own backups for anything important.
Paid plans (currently "Shipper") are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and access continues until the end of your billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to your registered email address.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. ShipLock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@shiplock.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your apps and data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email. Continued use of ShipLock after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
